The App allows users to upload photographs to generate stylized, caricatured images using generative AI. By uploading an image, you represent, warrant, and guarantee that:

The image is of yourself or you have obtained express, written, and informed consent from the individual depicted to use their likeness for this explicit satirical purpose.
You will not upload images of minors, public figures, celebrities, or any individual without their affirmative consent.
The creation of non-consensual deepfakes or non-consensual synthetic media is strictly prohibited and violates our core policies.

4. Nature of the Content

Bimbofy-Me utilizes artificial intelligence to create highly satirical, exaggerated, and caricatured synthetic representations (often referred to as "bimbofication"). These generated images are for entertainment, humor, and social media trend participation. They are fundamentally transformative and do not reflect reality or realistic physical proportions.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

Generate or distribute content intended to harass, defame, bully, or intimidate any person.
Create deepfakes or intimate imagery of non-consenting individuals.
Generate illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII).
Use the generated content for commercial dis-information or fraudulent impersonation.

6. Termination and Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor usage, suspend or block accounts, and remove content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms. We may report illegal activity or use of our platform for harassment to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

The App is provided "as is." While we maintain safety filters within our AI generation pipeline, the unpredictable nature of generative AI means we cannot guarantee the output of every request. You assume full responsibility and liability for the images you choose to generate, download, and share.
